These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and okspin.ph ("okspin.ph," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the okspin.ph website, mobile interface, applications, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on okspin.ph, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and okspin.ph relating to the subject matter herein. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and participation in real-money gaming on okspin.ph is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register an account on okspin.ph, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process;
• Not be a current or former okspin.ph employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of such person;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order on okspin.ph or any PAGCOR-regulated platform;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual Player may hold only one (1) registered account on okspin.ph. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances therein, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

okspin.ph is required to verify the identity of all registered Players in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (Philippine Passport, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or equivalent) and proof of address before withdrawal of winnings or at any time at the Platform's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okspin.ph account credentials, including your login password, OTP codes, and any biometric authentication credentials. okspin.ph will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

You agree to:

All actions taken through your account credentials are presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified okspin.ph of a suspected breach in a timely manner.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okspin.ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency methods (Bitcoin, USDT). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your okspin.ph account instantly. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are credited within standard Philippine banking processing hours. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. okspin.ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees at their discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

You may request withdrawal of real-money funds (net of applicable wagering requirements) subject to:

• Completion of KYC identity verification;
• Withdrawal requests being made only to payment methods registered in your own name;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts as specified in the Cashier section;
• Any applicable withdrawal processing times, which vary by payment method.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

okspin.ph is obligated to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Unusual or high-volume transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence review. okspin.ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any required compliance review.

okspin.ph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account verification and meet all eligibility criteria stated in the promotion;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise;

All games available on the okspin.ph Platform use independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are the product of statistically random processes and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including okspin.ph staff.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG game titles are independently audited and represent the theoretical long-run percentage of wagered funds returned to players. Individual session results will vary significantly from published RTPs. Published RTPs do not guarantee individual results within any session or time period.

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or incorrect payout, okspin.ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund wagers to the affected Player's account. "Malfunctions void all pays and plays" applies to all games on the okspin.ph Platform. okspin.ph's determination in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okspin.ph Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the legal age of 21 years;
• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts);
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Funding your okspin.ph account with proceeds of crime or funds to which you are not entitled;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or glitches in the Platform or its games;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in any live or multiplayer game format;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or unauthorised payment reversals;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okspin.ph staff or other Players.

okspin.ph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. okspin.ph recognises that for some individuals gambling can cause harm and takes its obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered okspin.ph Players from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the maximum amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits — limits on maximum net losses within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — notifications at defined intervals during active gaming sessions;

Once set, deposit and loss limits cannot be increased within the defined cooling-off period. All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, game assets, and technology comprising or embedded within the okspin.ph Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of okspin.ph or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of okspin.ph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okspin.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, even if okspin.ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okspin.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect Platform availability. okspin.ph will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance through Platform notifications.

okspin.ph reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, without prior notice, where okspin.ph reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• Regulatory requirements or court orders require account restriction or closure;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to okspin.ph, other Players, or third parties.

Upon termination of an account for cause, okspin.ph reserves the right to forfeit any and all account balances. Upon legitimate account closure by the Player, real-money balances will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

okspin.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the okspin.ph Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. All gaming activities on the okspin.ph Platform are subject to PAGCOR regulatory oversight.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okspin.ph Platform, you agree to first contact okspin.ph support to seek informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, okspin.ph's records of game activity shall be the primary evidence of the outcome of any game round. okspin.ph's determination on matters of game malfunction, technical error, or game integrity is final and binding.
